| Booking Deposit: |
A booking deposit of €250 is required to confirm a reservation. A confirmation of booking will be issued upon receipt of the deposit. |
| Payment: |
The full amount of rental is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. Directions to the holiday home will be issued on final payment. |
| Cancellation: |
In the event of cancellation by guests the following charges will apply:
6 to 12 weeks prior to arrival: booking deposit.
3 to 6 weeks prior to arrival: greater of booking deposit or 50% of rental charge,
up to 3 weeks prior to arrival: 100% of total rental charge. |
| Security Deposit: |
A security deposit of €250 in cash is payable by guests on arrival. A greater sum may be required at our discretion.
The security deposit will be returned on departure, or during the following week, provided that the holiday home is left in order. Any breakages/damage must be reported and paid for prior to departure. Excessive damage to the holiday home will be the responsibility of the guest who makes the reservation.
Lost keys incur a charge of €10 per key. |
| Utilities: |
Oil and electricity are payable at cost at the end of the reserved stay by meter reading. Guests will be advised of the current rates on arrival. |
| Cleaning: |
The holiday home must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Failure to do so may result in deduction being made from the security deposit. |
| Bed Linen: |
Bed linen and towels are supplied. |
| Pets: |
Pets are not allowed. Guide dogs are welcome. |
| Arrival: |
Arrival at the holiday home is between 4pm and 6pm. Earlier/later arrivals must be arranged in advance and will be facilitated where possible. Guests should contact us by phone on arrival in/near Killarney to arrange an exact time to meet at the holiday home. |
| Departure: |
Departure from the holiday homes is strictly before 10am. Failure to depart on time may incur a late departure charge. Guests must advise management of their intended departure time 24 hours in advance to arrange for meter readings, etc. |
| Behaviour: |
The number of persons stated at the time of booking must not be exceeded without express permission. Killarney Valley Holiday Homes reserve the right to terminate the rental without refund if the behaviour or conduct of the guest(s) either prior to or during the stay is likely to endanger the safety or well being of any other guest(s) or of themselves. |
| Liability: |
Killarney Valley Holiday Homes, its employees or agents shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or personal injury which may be sustained by persons or property at any time during the reserved stay.
Killarney Valley Holiday Homes or its employees shall not be responsible for any loss of valuables or property left in the holiday home or on site during the stay or on arrival/departure.
Should, due to circumstances beyond our control, the reserved accommodation not be available, we will endeavour to find similar alternative accommodation or a full refund will be given. No further liability shall attach. |
